A new choral work by composer Susannah Self

'North Sea Strings and Voices’ conducted by Dr Susannah Self brings to Binham Priory and Cley Church a beautiful programme of Elgar's 'Serenade for Strings', Grieg's 'Holberg Suite' and the première of Dr Self's 'Revelations of Divine Love' inspired by the writings of Julian of Norwich composed during her residency at Aldeburgh this year. North Sea Voices are joined by international soloists, Alison Kettlewell who has sung with the Hallé orchestra and Eileen Hulse who has sung at Glyndebourne. North Sea Strings are all professional players living in East Anglia. They have played at The Birmingham Old Rep and at Musiktheatertage Festival in Vienna. Their artistic administrative director is Michael Christie: selfmademusic.co.uk
