Companion Richard Norton becomes an ObJN

During Low Mass at St Julian's Church on Saturday 5th February, Richard Norton CJN made his vows as an Oblate of the Order of Julian of Norwich.  The Order, committed to intercession and conversion of life following the teaching and witness of the Lady Julian, is a community of nuns in the Episcopal Church of the USA.  Oblates and Associates are clergy and lay members from around the world who observe the vows made in their own particular vocation and way of life.

Pictured centre is Richard wearing his medallion and scapular with sponsors Fr Bruce Batstone and Fr Luke Penkett, along with Fr Richard Stanton and Fr Edwin Wilton-Morgan in St Julian's after the service.
