News from Australian Friends and Companions of Julian

At 7pm on the 9th November, Friends and Companions of Julian in Australia held their first Zoom meeting.  It had taken a while to organize and I would like to thank Howard Green for all his help in setting it up.  We spent most of the time getting to know each other and learning something of how our lives had been touched by Julian.  We also decided to make a monthly meeting a permanent fixture using the first Monday of each month. For me personally it was a gift, having been a lone Friend of Julian since leaving Newcastle in 2005, after having run a Julian Meeting for 16 years.

Our next meeting is therefore set for Monday, the 7th December at 7pm and Christopher Styles, one of the few Companions in Australia, has kindly offered to lead it and begin to work out with other Friends how to proceed from now on.
