The stage play, Mind Out of Time, available on archive video recording
The actions begins in Norwich Cathedral when a former monk reminiscences about his old life and wonders what has become of Julian’s manuscript. A television reporter then introduces a debate: ‘Do good and evil exist or is everything relative?’ The two speakers are the archangel Michael and the archfiend Beelzebub. The referee is Julian of Norwich.
This charming, half-hour stage play by author of many books on Julian, Sheila Upjohn, is easily performable for audiences interested in Julian, and available from the Julian Centre bookshop. Enjoy the short film available here.
