In Lisa’s book, following each day’s Reading from Julian, you will find a daily snippet of Biblical Wisdom relating to what Julian writes. Following this you will be prompted to enter Silence for Meditation and use space to write Notes from what you experience. You can then return to the next heading: Questions to Ponder. Here you find a few pointed questions for you from Lisa Dahill. Then move on to a Psalm Fragment that relates to the day’s reading. After Journal Reflections, you will find two more headings: Prayers of Hope & Healing and a one- or two-line Prayer for Today to be prayed throughout the day.
